Servers: Each event will be evaluated for the number of servers needed; buffets require fewer servers than a sit-down event. The fee for each server is $10.00 per hour minimum of 4 hours. A 50% deposit will hold your date for you. Prices include: preparation, set-up, all service ware (disposable) (clear plastic disposable extra), Buffet Set-up, clean-up and waste disposal.
