Extra $5.00 per person plus one server at $10.00 per hour (minimal of 4 hours)
if the server is included in the service, the server fee would be dropped for this service.

Servers:
Each event will be evaluated for the number of servers needed; buffets require fewer
servers than a sit-down event.  The fee for each server is $10.00 per hour minimum of 4
hours.

A 50% deposit will hold your date for you.

Prices include: preparation, set-up, all service ware (disposable) (clear plastic disposable
extra), Buffet Set-up, clean-up and waste disposal.  China and table service is extra.
